The story behind White Space

As a former Project Manager with a career spanning property management, change management and leading a company culture change programme, I've always been pretty organised. My varied career history has provided valuable experiences which have woven together and led me to what I absolutely LOVE to do now. As a Professional Organiser & Certified Life Coach I get to help my clients navigate change, improve how they feel about their homes and ultimately improve their wellbeing.

So, if I was so organised, why did my own home get out of control whenever life got...well, complicated? I was inspired to start White Space after noticing how life changes had a direct impact on my own clutter and disorganisation.

So I went to the experts to find out more. I was keen to learn about the link between our physical and mental clutter so I volunteered for a charity called We Care: Making Space in Bristol, which provides valuable support to people with hoarding tendencies.

The training and experience gave me a good understanding of the mental health challenges involved and the patience and compassion needed to help.
